This site sets no cookies, uses no advertising trackers and runs no analytics. The only personal data it may collect is what you type yourself into the buyer's notebook.

What we collect

Only when you use the buyer's notebook, and only what you write:

Your email address, if you choose to give it. It is optional: you can describe your search without it.
Your search description and the exchange with the agent, so that the alert is relevant.
Your browser's time zone and language, sent automatically. They indicate the broad world region you are browsing from (for example "Europe"), used only for aggregate statistics.

We do not ask for your name, phone number, postal address, or any information about your personal or professional situation.

We never request your GPS location and use no third-party geolocation service. Your IP address is not retained.

If you do not provide an email address, the conversation is stored without any identifier: it cannot identify you and is used only for aggregate statistics.

Why

To alert you when a property matches your search. That is the only purpose.

Your data is never sold, rented, or passed to agencies or commercial third parties. If we ever publish market statistics, they will be aggregated and anonymous: never your address, never your conversation, and never a group small enough to identify you.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you enter your address. You may withdraw it at any time.

Retention

Three years from your last contact with the service, or immediately upon request.

Processor

Conversations are processed by Anthropic's language model in order to understand your search. Only the conversation text is sent; your email address never is.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to bonjour@tourduproprio.fr and we will reply within one month. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Cookies

None. No analytics, no advertising, no social widgets. That is why this site shows you no consent banner.
