First, learn why they are buying

A conversation panel on your site collects what your visitors are looking for, in their own words. Where, what kind of property, and above all the reason. Your agency software already stores criteria; what it holds nowhere is why this particular person is buying. Two buyers with the same criteria can be looking for opposite houses.

After a few weeks you have the list of questions your visitors actually asked and your listings could not answer. That is what makes the second stage worth having: your listings stay where they are, and we add a conversation that answers from what you said about the property, dated and quoted, never invented.

The material is gathered the same way as anywhere else. Walk the property and talk, upload a transcript, or simply answer the AI agent's questions. Whoever showed the property already knows everything needed.

A single line of code. One iframe on your pages and it is live. No migration, no redesign, no new tool to learn: your site stays yours. Your colours and fonts are picked up at setup, from one of your own pages.

Buyer intake is free up to fifty conversations a month. Beyond that it is subscription based, never a percentage and never tied to a sale. The agent that answers about your properties is still being built.
